Working On A Train
Trying to do some step by step sketches for a power point that will go out to students. I am doing this on a train. It is interesting working with the rhythm of the tracks and the sway of the train.
The assignment for summer is features: eyes, nose and mouth. Not just humans but animals too. Working with a dog moving on to cheetah next follow by an owl. We have already covered human eyes. With the animals I am combining eyes and noses along with direction of fur. These are not full drawings but sketches for practice. Learning to look at the big shapes, moving to the darks and then mid tones with details.
Guess it is a good thing I don't get motion sickness.
