Sometimes it only takes two minutes to do a little sketch. I am a big believer in the strength of drawing. If you draw a little everyday or at least every week, you will improve.
Here are a few sketches I did while waiting in a parking lot and driving down the highway.
The trees were done in about 2 minutes, the highway may be about 10 minutes. They are a combination of gesture and contour techniques. My personal style of scribble.
